What is the Young Leader Scheme

The Young Leader Scheme develops Young People between 14 and 18 undertaking leadership roles with the Beaver, Cub and Scout Sections. Training and support is provided via the Young Leader Unit. Any Young Person undertaking a leadership role be that is automatically a member of the unit and can take advantage of the training and support it offers.
